Christmas in the Ward Schedule of Events

Friday, December 5

Catalano Square
5-6pm - Official Tree Lighting Ceremony & Holiday Concert in Catalano Square (N. Broadway & E. Menomonee) with entertainment. Scheduled to appear: the Milwaukee Police Band and the Trinity Irish Dancers. Refreshments will be available. Cookie and hot chocolate sale begins near the Christmas tree.

6pm - Bartolotta Fireworks display. Fireworks in winter! What a treat!

5-8pm - Horse-drawn carriage rides, Santa & Mrs. Claus, costumed characters, musical performers, cookie and hot chocolate sale.

Milwaukee Public Market
5-8pm - Silent Auction opens and cookie sale continues. Join the fun upstairs at the Milwaukee Public Market (400 N. Water St.). Proceeds benefit Toys For Tots. Winners of Silent Auction will be announced Saturday.

Saturday, December 6

Catalano Square
10am-5pm - Holiday Shopping at retailers throughout the Ward

12-3pm- Jolly's Outdoor Gingerbread House is open - kids can visit with Santa! Plus, costumed characters, musical performers, and horse-drawn carriage rides.

6-8pm - Jolly's Outdoor Gingerbread House is open - kids can visit with Santa!

Milwaukee Public Market
8am-4pm - Silent Auction re-opens, cookie sale continues

2:30 - 3:10pm - Milwaukee Children's Choir performs

4pm - Silent Auction winners announced

(Proceeds from the silent auction, cookie sale and photos with Santa benefit Toys For Tots.)

Jolly's Outdoor Gingerbread House (In Catalano Square)

Visit with Santa in Jolly's and receive a cookie from Jolly the Gingerbread Man!
Have your picture taken with Santa for a $5 donation to Toys For Tots or bring your own camera!
